Job Title Product Advisor & Expeditor About the location The position will be based in Ust-Luga office which is in the heart of city and easy to get to go by public transportation. What you will be doing • Proactively attend to customer inquiries for non-standard products and direct troubleshooting activities of WSS equipment to Product Management. • Ensure continuous communication with Customer Service, Operations, Product Managers, and Procurement. • Continuous follow up for non-standard products quotes and orders on sub-status ‘Awaiting Approval’ and responsible in advising cost price of a quote and order. • Supporting set-up of new business ventures. • Local sourcing activities including: • Order unavailable non-standard items from suppliers. • Obtain price, lead time, delivery costs, and delivery terms from suppliers. • Benchmark “offers” and select “best” supplier. • PO (Purchase Order) issuance to supplier. • Maintain receiving dates for incoming PO from suppliers. • Receive PO for non-inventory orders. • Ensure Local Customer Service are informed of all delivery costs and terms. • Resolve order related issues in collaboration with Product Management. • Registering non-standard products. • Marine Supply Service (MSS) activities including: • SQ (Sales Quotation) / CO (Customer Order) issuance to Customer. • PO issuance to Supplier. • Delivery instructions to Operations and Suppliers. • Monitoring order arrangement and delivery. • Closing of PO and CO. • Registration of customer, supplier, and products. • Pre-posting for supplier PO. • Supplier & customer invoice payment. • Payment issues with customer order. • Consultation on delivery route. • Regular communication with Local Customer Service with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders i.e., charges, delays, availability etc. • Provide complete and updated information to warehouse concerning time and place of delivery from Supplier(s) • Prepare cost pricing information towards final invoicing of service performed. • Maintain required control reports and documentation. • Assist other departments as needed on stock orders and purchase orders. • Ensure that transport is done in an efficient and cost-effective way in line with demand. • Ensure product offers to customer request are within the agreed scope and guidelines and if uncertain to seek consultation with Product Manager. • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. • Responsible for correct document flow, reporting and tracking timely deliveries. • Any other responsibility put forward that are not covered by this FD (within reasonable limits) What experience and skills required • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any fields • At least 2 years relevant work experience with supply chain/logistic. • Fluent in English - both writing and speaking • Required skill(s): Computer Literate (Good in MS Office) • Able to prioritize, customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good planning and organising skills • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and meticulous. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude and a good team player. • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities • Desire to succeed in a challenging environment and able to work under pressure. • Pleasant character, resourceful & able to work with sincerity on own initiative. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

We are seeking a Procurement Category Manager (Cylinders, Gases & Refrigerants - East) to join BeFresh Marine. In this role, you will develop procurement strategies for the Cylinders, Gases, and Refrigerants portfolios across a specific region, working closely with product managers, logistics, and operations to ensure the global availability, quality, compliance, and sustainability of our maritime offerings while optimizing profitability. Our Marine Products division includes brands like Unicool refrigerants and Unitor marine chemicals. Last year, we made deliveries to 2,750 vessels across 25 ports.

Reporting to:
Head of Procurement - Cylinders, Gases, and Refrigerants, with close collaboration with the Global Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate supplier agreements and optimize procurement spend
Ensure compliance and minimize risk when sourcing new suppliers
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for the business segment
Collaborate with Product Managers for Gases and Refrigerants
Guide local Operations teams in procurement activities
Establish and manage supplier contracts and drive dual-sourcing initiatives
Monitor, improve, and audit supplier performance
Manage dynamic pricing processes and strategies to reduce freight costs
Lead sourcing activities with a focus on ESG compliance and supplier sustainability
Qualifications:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 members (Senior Procurement Officer, Procurement Officer, and Associate).
