01 Planning

During pre-arrival planning, we draw out the scope of the dry-docking process with you.
Our dry-docking service standards

• We ensure a response time of under 3 hours for any inquiry or appointment, available 24/7.
• Upon nomination, an OFAC check will be performed before confirming the appointment, in accordance with SOO requirements.
• Each appointment must detail all pertinent information regarding the services and scope of work needed for the docking.
• The dry-docking agent will initiate contact with both the owner's representative and the designated dry-docking management.

Work Scope in Arrival Phase

• Review the work scope and offer detailed insights about the dock or yard.
• Provide guidance on applicable rules and regulations.
• Organize arrival, accommodation, and departure arrangements.
• Coordinate all booked services.
• Supply safety equipment and fire-fighting systems.

02 Arrival

Upon your arrival at port, we develop a detailed action plan for your dry docking process.
Our dry-docking service standards

• Pre-arrival information should include comprehensive details about the dry-dock and other pertinent local information.
• Send updates on expected delays, ISPS requirements, emergency contact details, and applicable laws and regulations to both the customer and the vessel.
• Maintain close communication with the Owner’s Superintendent and relevant parties regarding any anticipated or unexpected deviations from the Estimated Time of Berthing (ETB).

Work Scope in Planning Phase

• Deliver all necessary agency services for clients both in port and during dry-dock.
• Manage inventory planning and supply of consumables and spare parts for your clients.
• Supply safety equipment for personal protection.
• Offer local technical expertise.
• Assist with handling the arrival of your client’s crew and personnel.
• Conduct a pre-operations meeting to align on the work scope and timeline.

03: Dry Docking

Effective coordination and communication are essential throughout the dry docking process at the dock.
Our dry-docking service standards

• The agent must board the vessel upon its arrival at the dock and at least twice daily thereafter.
• Any additional Disbursement Account (DA) expenses incurred must be reviewed and approved by the Master and Superintendent.
• Relevant stakeholders must be promptly informed of any emergencies, delays, or urgent issues—communication on these matters should never be delayed.

• Offer on-site technical and administrative support.
• Safeguard, store, and deliver your clients' consumables and spare parts.
• Perform and coordinate essential system and equipment inspections.

04: Departure

As you depart from the dock, we coordinate all agency services to ensure a smooth and safe exit.
Our dry-docking service standards

• The agent must board the vessel upon its arrival at the dock and at least twice daily thereafter.
